Elementary (A2)

Communicate more independently in simple daily situations using a wider range of vocabulary and tenses.

Our French elementary course is divided into four main levels that include a total of 80 hours.

Requirements for this course: this course is designed for students who are comfortable introducing themselves and others, talking about hobbies, routines and holidays, describing places and accommodation, finding their way around a city, shopping for food and ordering in a restaurant. Students should also be able to talk about the weather and describe actions in the present, near future and past tenses.

In Level 1, you'll learn how to start and maintain conversations, talk about your routine and family, describe people and past memories, and express obligation, advice and possibility.
In Level 2, you'll learn how to talk about health, food and shopping, describe products and consumer habits, talk about studies and work experience, and recount past events and anecdotes.

In Level 3, you'll learn how to give compliments and advice, express opinions and preferences, describe places and landscapes, and talk about gifts, celebrations and daily life.
In Level 4, you'll learn how to discuss work and professional skills, report information and opinions, express difficulties and emotions, talk about culture and technology, and discuss future plans, the environment and social change.
